How It Works

  • Drop Dispenser applies a W-I-D-E mark with a thickness you can adjust for optimum foam usage.

  • Each drop dispenser arm is 360º impact flexible and extendable to the desired crop height.

  • Units come with an optional straight flow nozzle to fire the foam directly onto the ground/crop.

The foam is supplied in pre-mixed and pre-pressurized tanks from your local dealer (no measuring or mixing of concentrate needed).  With one easy connection to the Peacock hose on your sprayer, you will have an instant foam mark available and ready to shoot out of the left or right drop dispensers, attached at the end of each boom.  From your tractor cab, you set the timing control box to systematically dispense a "strip" of foam at any desired length you require (from 6 inches to 9 feet) and the spacing distance between marks (from 2 feet to unlimited).

The manual override button on the control box dispenses your mark instantly.   This important feature gives you a mark when you need it the most, like turning at the end of a field or when swinging around a bush.

As for the foam, the whole idea of leaving a mark is so that you can see it.  Peacock foam can last from 2 to 8 hours under normal spraying conditions. (Rain can wash it away.)  Our stable and unique Peacock formula makes our foam very dense and sticky.  It is not mixed with pumped air and water; therefore, it will not sag like a water-heavy blob when laid on the crop canopy.  In fact, its stickiness allows it to stay up high on the crop, making an excellent mark for desiccating, min-till, or any crop/stubble application.

When you have a marking system that works, skips and overlaps can be greatly reduced or eliminated.  This new Peacock technology allows an inexpensive mark with superior foam performance, all from an easy to use system.

Interchangeable dispenser doors and optional straight flow nozzles allow you to tailor the marker to meet your spraying conditions.  This makes Peacock the preferred marking choice for desiccating, min-till or any other crop/stubble application.  Our inexpensive and easy to use Peacock system gives superior performance and ensures costly gaps and overlaps are greatly reduced or eliminated.
